Business objective
The deck connects leads with showroom visits.
01 · CHALLENGE
The starting point
Plaza Crystal was not yet well known on social media and had not formed a clear audience. For a premium chandelier brand, the objective was not views alone: it was to increase qualified showroom visits while making the brand easy to recall, trust, and access.
02 · APPROACH
What Xander changed
The client study documents four connected layers: build awareness and brand association; strengthen premium, professional, and approachable perception; create a funnel from awareness to interest, trust, and inquiry; then amplify winning content. Xander outputs included brand communication and association direction, audience research, creative and viral content direction, conversion content, a content-funnel plan, lead tracking, and targeted ads.
03 · OUTCOME
What happened
The study records 4-5 clients per week before Xander and 4-5 clients per day after Xander, summarised as a business impact from leads to showroom visits.
MEASUREMENT NOTE
How these results were measured
Figures are transcribed from the client-provided Study Case deck created on 21 September 2026. The deck supplies the before-and-after client frequency and the operating approach, but it does not state the observation dates, denominator, lead qualification rule, paid-media spend, or a causal attribution method. The comparison is presented as a documented business outcome, not proof that content alone caused the full change.
